MET-Rx Review

I tried Met-Rx's MRP's today in the extreme chocolate flavor. Anyone thinking about buying these, is probably making a good investment. I'm using them in place of breakfast, because thats usually my worst meal of the day because I gotta go to work, and I just end up rushed. The MRP took probably 2 min to mix up, 2 cups skim milk, dump the package in the blender, and puree that thing for 20 seconds or so. Consistency is a little thick, so I think I'll add more milk tomorrow, but overall, they taste great, and if the box isn't lying about the nutrition information, then it's a good buy. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a good meal replacement.
